Only students enrolled at one of the 12 Dutch universities, who are not applying for a second WO-bachelor or WO-master, and who have consulted a Student Counsellor supporting the request, are eligible. Documents to be submitted

The application form has to be filed with the support of a Student counsellor. In an accompanying letter, the student counsellor explains in writing why the application for a scholarship is justified. In this explanation, the following issues are addressed: (1) Start of the studies. (2) Study results in the past per year. (3) Causes of the delay of studies. (4) Expectations with regard to a successful continuation and finishing the studies. (5) Expected date of finishing studies. (6) Arguments for applying for a scholarship. (7) Advice on the amount of the scholarship needed. Without an accompanying letter from a Student counsellor, the application will not be processed.
