Applications can be filed from March 1st to June 1 st every year.
In case of a first application, the following documents must be submitted:
(1) Fully completed application form (2) Motivation letter from the student (3) Official printout of the study results from the start of the academic study (4) Specified budget for coming academic year with all income and expenses, including applications filed with other funds (5) Amount requested from the Groesbeek-Assenbroek Foundation (6) A recent CV and (7) A letter of recommendation from a Student counsellor supporting the request (without which an application will not be processed).
In case of a continuation of an application, the following documents must be submitted:
(1) Fully completed application form (2) Report of the study progress of the past year from student •(3) Official printout of the study results of the past year (4) Specified budget for coming academic year with all income and expenses, including applications filed with other funds (5) Amount that is requested from Groesbeek-Assenbroek Foundation (6) A letter of recommendation from a Student counsellor supporting the request (without which an application will not be processed).

In the academic year 2021-2022, an amount of €103,800 was awarded to 37 students. This is in line with previous years and also with expectations for the coming years. Like every year, the board has met twice a year.
